Science at Your Service !
Since its founding, Vibrafloor has consistently invested in research and development. Expanding our knowledge and improving the efficiency of our systems remain central to our work, driven by a team of creative engineers and technicians.
Over the years, we have developed a range of testing capabilities to evaluate and validate new concepts, products and prototypes.
Through a partnership with a leading French university, we carry out finite element analysis (FEA) covering vibration mechanics, material strength, bulk material flow and structural design.
All physical tests are carried out at our dedicated test facility, which includes three fatigue test bays and a full-scale flow test loop. To qualify for use, every module prototype must undergo a rigorous series of performance and durability tests.
Our flow test loop also allows us to carry out extensive tests on bulk materials supplied by customers for qualification.
The test results form the basis of our commitment to the discharge rate for the material tested. In recent years, we have tested numerous customer materials, including polyhalite, soda ash, potash, wood chips, wood pellets and DDGS.
