Vibrafloor

Science at Your Service !

From day one, the Vibrafloor company has been steadily investing in Research & Development. Building up our knowledge and improving the efficiency of our systems will aways guide our efforts, thrusted by a team of creative engineers and technicians.

Over the years, we have developed multiple test capabilities, allowing us to challenge and validate any new concept, product or prototype.

Through a partnership with a top French University, we perform numerical FEA analyses: vibrational mechanics, material strength, product flow, structural design, etc.

All empirical tests are performed at our dedicated test facility, with three fatigue test bays and a complete real-size flow loop. In order to be qualified, any module prototype has to go through a very strict series of performance and durability tests.

Our flow loop can also be used to perform extensive testing on any bulk product that a customer may send us for qualification.

Test results provide the basis for our commitment on this particular product’s discharge rate. Hence, over the recent years, we have carried out numerous tests on client products: polyhalite, soda ash, potash, wood chips, wood pellets, DDGS, etc.
